THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND WRIT PETITION No.1955 of 2023 O R D E R: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the electricity service connection, disconnected by the respondents is restored now and as such no cause survives at present in this Writ Petition and sought permission to withdraw this Writ Petition.
