THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.2292 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:- “ to issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction to declare the inaction of the respondents especially the respondents Nos.2 to 5 in considering my application dated 10.12.2021 for grant of permission for retail sale of Bio Diesel by starting retail outlet at Sy.No/47-A1B, 47-A3 of Kesanupalli Village, Dachepalli Mandal, Palnadu District Andhra Pradesh by me under the name and style of Sri Sai Tirumala Traders though more than one year is elapsed is illegal arbitrary”.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

As directed by this Court on 14.03.2023, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gurazala/the 4th respondent has placed the report submitted to the District Collector on 27.03.2023.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector, Palnadu District, 2 Narasaraopeta to consider the report dated 27.03.2023 and take appropriate decision within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No costs.
