SREENIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.5639 of 2023 Order: This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in not completing investigation and not filing final report/charge sheet in Crime No.299 of 2018 of Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur district, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that in the above crime the police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet vide CFR No.620 of 2023, dated 22.07.2023, before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ K.
