PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner herein/A4, to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tiruvuru.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and admitted to, by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, that the subject matter of this Criminal Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.3859 of 2022, dated 02.12.2022, which was filed by A1 and A2.

Following the said order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.
3859 of 2022, dated 02.12.2022, and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Criminal Petition is allowed quashing the proceedings in P.R.C.No.28 of 2017 2 VJP,J Crl.P.No.2191 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tiruvuru, against the petitioner herein/A4.
