SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.989 OF 2023 ORDER : The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.288 of 2022 of Badvel(U) p.s., Kadapa district.
It is represented by the learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor that police, after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet in the subject crime, and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.16 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Badvel.
In view of the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous.
The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.
