Sri M.Sudheer, learned Standing counsel, on the written instructions of the Panchayat Secretary, Aalapakam Grampanchayat, submitted that pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioner, the authorities have examined the records available in their office and having found that the subject land in Survey No.

Survey No.84/4 and 84/8B is classified as patta land, the Gram Panchayat has stopped laying road in the said survey numbers.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition and the same can be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
