9,70,902/- .

On the other hand, the respondents’ counsels relying upon the written instructions of the respondent No.6, dated 27.08.2024 submits that the balance amount of Rs.9,70,902/- will be paid to the petitioners in due course.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to pay the balance amount of Rs.9,70,902/- to the petitioner, by completing all the formalities, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The written instructions of the respondent No.6, dated 27.08.2024 shall be made as part of the Court record.

Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
