THE HON’BLE MS JUSTICE B.S.BHANUMATHI Criminal Petition No.2734 of 2023 ORDER : This Criminal Petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail under Sections 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘CrPC’) to petitioner/A4 in Crime No.329 of 2022 of II Town police station, Madanapalle, Annamayya District, registered on 13.12.2022 against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 120-B, 166, 170, 119, 467, 468, 471, 406, 409, 420 r/w 34 IPC.

Sri M.Narendra Babu, learned counsel representing Sri.Srinivasa Rao Narra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that memo is filed before the Registry vide USR No.69530, dated 19.07.2023 for withdrawal of the petition.
