Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land in an extent of Ac.2-44 cents in Sy.No.143/3 and Ac.0.67 cents in Sy.No.341/4a situated in Anupalli Revenue Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Chittoor District without following the due procedure.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the subject land for the last so many years pursuant to the DKT patta given in 2 favour of the petitioners’ father under File No.760/4/70, dated 30.06.1970.
While so, suddenly the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land on the ground that it is an assigned land and it is required for some other public purpose.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 will follow the due procedure against the subject land of the petitioner.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land except by following the due process of law.
However it does not preclude the respondent authorities to recover/protect the subject land in an extent of Ac.2-44 cents in Sy.No.143/3 and Ac.0. and Ac.0.67 cents in Sy.No.341/4a situated in Anupalli Revenue Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Chittoor District strictly in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ B.
