THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION No.
4394 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a Writ, Order, Direction more particularly one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the Representation dt.11.06.2022 of the petitioner for compassionate employment as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Articles 14, 86 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the Representation dt.11.06.2022 of the petitioner for compassionate employment in view of death of her husband in the post of Bill Collector forthwith and to pass such other order or orders.” 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the Writ Petition is for consideration of the petitioner’s representation dated 11.06.2022 submitted to respondent No.
2, seeking employment under compassionate grounds.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 11.06.2022 would be considered by respondent No.2 in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the submissions made by learned Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered view that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 11.06.2022 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
