Y L SIVAKALPANA REDDY(SC CUM SPL PP,CID) ORDER : The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.653 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rayachoty, Kadapa District, registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code 2 and Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999.

Sri Ch.Sreenivas, learned counsel representing Sri P.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and endorsed to that effect on the petition.
