The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the order of the 3rd respondent dated 11.11.2022 suspending the cheque power of the petitioner and continuing the same as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional as also contrary to the provisions of A.P Panchayat Raj Act., and contrary to the mandatory rule 41(2) of Panchayat Raj Rules and for a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the eloquent power to the petitioner forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner raised several contentions in the Writ Petition, but in the opinion of this Court, the same are not required to be examined in view of the proceedings dated 06.03.2023 of the 3rd respondent placed before this Court.

As seen from the said proceedings, the cheque powers of the petitioner are restored and she is authorized to operate funds of the Gram Panchayat and other funds as usual.

Placing the said proceedings as part of the record, the Writ Petition is closed, however granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issues raised, if required and the occasion so arises.

There shall be no order as to costs.
