The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that his application/representation dated 17.10.2022 addressed to the 2nd respondent for deleting the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.57 cents in Sy.No.

598/3, situated in Kollaparru Village, Akivid Mandal, West Godavari District from the prohibited list is not considered till date.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.09 cents in Sy.No.

598/3 of Kollaparru Village, Akivid 2 Mandal, West Godavari District through a Registered Sale Deed bearing Doct.

No.

641/1991 dated 01.03.1991.

In pursuance of the same, the petitioner’s name was mutated in the Revenue Records and Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed was also issued.

Ever since, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same.

For the purpose of agricultural loans, the petitioner approached the Nationalised Bank in the month of September, 2022.

Then the Bank authorities instructed the petitioner to get 1B Meeseva Copy for the Fasli 1432, then the petitioner approached Akivid Meeseva Center and obtained 1B Adangal, to his utter surprise, the petitioner noticed in the said 1B register, an extent of Ac.0.57 cents was shown as Government Land by marking it as a Government Land. ment Land.

Thereafter, the petitioner obtained the prohibited list of properties of Kollaparru Village of Akivid Mandal, wherein the petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.

0.57 cents was notified as prohibited land under Section 22A of the Registration Act, at Serial No.

But when the petitioner availed agricultural loan Fasli 1431, it was not notified in the prohibited list.

Then the petitioner made a detailed representation to the 2nd respondent on 17.10.2022 making the request to delete or 3 de-notify the said extent of land from the preview of the prohibited list.

Since, the same was not acted upon this Writ Petition is filed.

On the other hand, the Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the request of the petitioner would be considered by following due procedure by the 2nd respondent for the purpose of taking cognizance of the representation of the petitioner, it is also necessary for the petitioner to make an online application either through Mee Seva or through the Village Secretariat for the said correction with respect to the said land.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an online application to the 2nd respondent for the above said relief as approved in the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2022.

On making the said application through online, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the earlier representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2022 and as well as the online application proposed to be filed as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with the law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the online application.

The online application can be made by the petitioner within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this Order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

No costs.
