GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “… to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to continue the petitioners Nos.1,2,5,6,7 and 8 as Assistant Forest Beat Officers, the petitioner No.3 as Junior Assistant and Petitioner No.4 as Forest Beat Officer up to 62 years by considering the G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 31.01.2022 issued by the 1st respondent and set aside Cir.Memo.No.1813129/FIN01-HR/212/2022-HR-IV dated 23.09.2022 Page 2 of 3 SRS,J W.P.No.3175 of 2023 of the 3rd respondent and further direct the respondents to continue the petitioners in their respective posts till attaining the superannuation age of 62 years and pay the all attendant and consequential benefits to the petitioners and pass such other order or orders …” 2.

Learned counsel on either side submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 10.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.21294 of 2023, whereby, the Division Bench of this Court dismissed the said writ petition.

Given the above submissions, this writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the order dated 10.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.21294 of 2023.
