Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that, the respondent Nos.3 to 5 are trying to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the subject land in Sy.No.331 in an extent of Ac.0.23 cents, in Sy.No.349 in an extent of 0.25 cents, in Sy.No.333/2 in an extent of Ac.05 ½ cents, in Sy.No.351/2 in an extent of Ac.0.080 ½ cents and in Sy.No.350 in an extent of Ac.091 cents, in total in an extent of Ac.2.25 cents situated at 2 Pathuru Revenue Village, Puthalapattu Mandal, Chittoor District without following the due procedure.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the subject land and 1-B(ROR), dated 15.02.2023 discloses the name of the petitioner for the subject land in an extent of 0.91 cents and Ac.0.52 cents in Sy.Nos.350 and 351/2 respectively situated at Pathuru Revenue Village, Puthalapattu Mandal, Chittoor District.
While so, the respondent Nos.3 to 5 are trying to interfere with the possession of the same.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that though the petitioner included different extents and different survey numbers of the said village, but the Form-1B, dated 15.02.2023 discloses the name of the petitioner only in respect of Sy.No.350 in an extent of Ac.0.91 cents and Sy.No.351/2 in an extent of Ac.0.52 cents.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.3 to 5 are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land only to an extent of Ac.91 cents in Sy.No.350 and Ac.0.52 cents in Sy.No.351/2 of Pathuru Revenue Village, Puthalapattu Mandal, Chittoor District except by following the due process of law.
However it does not 3 preclude for the respondent to recover/protect the subject land strictly in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ B.
