PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.5, seeking quashment of proceedings against her in Crime No.98 of 2022 of Disha UPS, Tirupathi District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 420 and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
