Petitioners Versus The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue, Secretariat Buildings, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, Guntur District and others ….Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the Respondents.

The grievance of the writ petitioners is that, the F-Line Application of the petitioners bearing Nos.FSO12101685981 and FSO12101685911 dated 09.09.2021 have not been disposed of so far by the respondent No.4 with respect to conducting of survey and fixation of the boundaries for the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.71 cents in Sy.No.430-A1I, Ac.0.04 cents in Sy.No.430-A1J and Ac.1.45 cents in 2 Sy.No.433-IB2-D-2 situated in Gudipallipadu village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that, the 1st petitioner is the owner and possessor of the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.71 cents in Sy.No.430-A1I, Ac.0.04 cents in Sy.No.430-A1J, Ac.1.45 cents in Sy.No.433-IB2-D-2 situated in Gudipallipadu village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

She has been in possession and enjoyment of the said land.

The 2nd petitioner is the owner and possessor of the subject land in an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.430- A1J situated in Gudipallipadu village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

He has been in possession and enjoyment of the said land.

The Form1-B (ROR), dated 10.04.2023, discloses the name of the 1st petitioner for the subject land in different extents of different Survey Nos as stated above.

Similarly, the Form 1-B(ROR), dated 10.04. ted 10.04.2023, discloses the name of the second petitioner for the subject land in an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in the above said Sy.No.430-A1J.

While so, the petitioners made F-Line Application bearing Nos.FSO12101685981 and FSO12101685911, dated 09.09.2021 to the respondent No.4 for conducting Survey and fixation of the boundaries for the 3 subject land as detailed above but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, submits that the respondent No.4 will follow the due procedure in respect of F-Line Applications made by the petitioners if not already disposed of.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider the F-Line Application bearing Nos.FSO12101685981 and FSO12101685911 dated 09.09.2021 if not already considered by now, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order by hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioners by giving due opportunity, upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on the above said F-Line Applications of the petitioners.
