THE HON’BLE MS JUSTICE B.S.BHANUMATHI Criminal Petition No.928 of 2023 ORDER : This Criminal Petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail under Sections 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘CrPC’) to petitioner/Accused in Crime No.170 of 2022 of Puttur police station registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 420, 120-B, 4 R/w 3 IPC & MCSBA, 5 APPDFEA.
