HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE R.
RAGHUNANDAN RAO W.P.No.2589 of 2023 ORDER: The petitioner, who is resident of Gangudupalli Village, Chandragiri Mandal, Tirupati District, has approached this Court with the grievance that respondents 2 to 6 are seeking to lay a road in an extent of Ac.0.34 cents in Sy.No.129 of Nethakuppam Revenue Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Tirupati District, despite the fact that the said land is a Vagu Poramboke canal and laying such a road would affect the flow of water leading to disturbances in the irrigation activities in the area.

Sri G.
Venkata Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat, on instructions from respondents 5 and 6, submits that no such action is contemplated and respondents 5 and 6 are not laying any road through Sy.No.129 of Nethakuppam village.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach this Court in the event of any future difficulty.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ R.
