Petitioner Versus The State of Andhra Pradesh rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department Secretariat Buildings, Velagapudi, Guntur District and 3 others. ….Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, his representations dated 26.07.2022 and 22.08.2022 are not considered and disposed of by the 4th respondent herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent has not issued the pattadar passbooks for the land in an extent of Acers 50.00 cents situated in Kona Forest Village of Thondangi Mandal, Kakinada District by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 26.07.2022 and 22.08.2022 and the mutation of the 2 petitioner’s name was not done accordingly.
The petitioner also made an online application vide FSO12202097278, dated 25.07.2022, but the same is not acted upon.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner’s submission in the said representation is as vague as it is, and the application of the petitioner dated 25.07.2022 through the Andhra Pradesh online would be considered by the 4th respondent by following the due procedure.
Unless, the land is demarcated and determined the rights of the parties, no mutation or no issuance of the pattadar passbooks and title deeds can take place.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 26.07.2022 and 22.08.2022 along with the online application No.FSO12202097278, dated 25.07. ted 25.07.2022 strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
