THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION No.4878 of 2023 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 & 4.

Pending Writ Petition, after filing contempt petition, the respondent authorities have complied with the interim direction passed by this Court and withdrew the transfer orders, which were issued on 04.12.2023.

In view of the compliance of the orders pursuant to the interim direction, the contempt case was closed.
Since no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation seeking payment of salaries pending/dues in the interregnum period of transfer orders.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No order as to costs.
