As per the orders in I.A.No.1 of 2023, admittedly after the writ petition is filed, the auction of the property was conducted and respondent No.5 is the successful bidder.

The petitioner has filed I.A.No.2 of 2023 for impleading respondent No.5 and the same has been allowed.

Therefore, it is clear that the auction is already completed.

Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 submits that the sale has also been confirmed in favour of the respondent No.5 and cause in the writ petition does not survive.

After considering the submissions, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his legal remedies.

All the pleas and facts on the issue are left open.

No costs.
