The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, in short, is that despite the petitioner making Meeseva application dated 23.10.2021 seeking to delete his agricultural land of Ac.0.50 cents out of Acs.2.84 cents in Survey No.499/1 of Avilala Village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal from the Prohibited Properties List published under Section 2 22-A(1)(B) of the Registration Act, 1908, no action has been taken by the respondents so far.

As the application of the petitioner is required to be considered by the 2nd respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner’s application dated 23.10.2021 strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the said application is still pending.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
