N SRIHARI The Court made the following: This Court, by an order dated 16.12.2023, had directed the respondents in W.P.No.3797 of 2023 to maintain status quo in relation to the construction of certain godown in R.S.No.37/2 of Mallampalli Village, Ghantasala Village, Krishna District.

Thereafter, the petitioner moved the present Contempt Case contending that the respondents have violated the orders of the Court and had undertaken to construct godown in the said land.

Sri N.

Srihari, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the construction has not been carried out by the Gram Panchayat for which the respondent is a Secretary.

He would further contend that the godown has been constructed by the Agriculture Market Committee.

As there is no dispute to the fact that the godown has been constructed by the Agriculture Market Committee, the case filed against the respondent would have to fail.

5.

Accordingly, the present Contempt Case is dismissed.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ R.
