THE HON’BLE MS JUSTICE B.S.BHANUMATHI Civil Revision Petition No.244 of 2023 ORDER : 1.
Aggrieved by the Docket Order dated 22.11.2022 passed in O.S.No.144 of 2014 on the file of the court of VIII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 09.10.2023, along with a letter dated 07.10.2023 addressed by the petitioner to the counsel, to the Registrar (Judicial) to post the matter under the caption for withdrawal, as the matter was settled between the parties to maintain harmony in the family.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
