When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Sri Ghantasala Udaya Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that lease has already been renewed, as such, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
