PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners herein/Accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.11 of 2023 of Kolimigundla Police Station, Nandyal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 342, 506, 509, 420 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Police, after investigation, filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banaganapalle, on 25.02.2023 and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.139 of 2023, and the case ended in acquittal on 10.07.2023 and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
