The present Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the amount of Rs.21,00,096/- pursuant to the work under the Funds of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme works towards cost for the material supplied by the petitioner for construction of Gokulam for 20 animals at Busarapalli Village, Chimakurthy Mandal, Prakasam District within the limits of 7th respondent Gram Panchayat, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the Rules & Regulations of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme and for a consequential direction to the respondents to release the funds.

At the time of considering the matter, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar circumstances, Learned Judge of this Court disposed of W.P No.7276 of 2020 by an order dated 07.02.2022.

This Court having gone through the said order is inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, for the reasons alike and with the following directions: I.

Respondent No.5 shall immediately complete the physical verification of the Gokulams said to have been constructed by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from today.

For this purpose, the 5th respondent shall depute the work to duly constituted inspection teams. ion teams.

However, no delays shall be permitted on the ground that time was needed to constitute these teams.

Upon completion of physical verification, the same shall be forwarded to the 4th respondent for taking necessary action within a period of one week from the completion of the said verification.

III.

Upon receiving the said verification reports, the 4th respondent shall take all necessary steps for obtaining necessary clearance, financial or otherwise, from the appropriate authorities for release of funds to the petitioners, in accordance with their entitlements.

This process shall be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of the verification reports from respondent No.5.

Upon completion of these formalities, the 4th respondent shall remit the amounts due to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter; 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
