SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.367 of 2023 Order: The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, “Cr.P.C.”) by the petitioners/A1 to A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.179 of 2022 of Tenali II Town Police Station, Guntur District.

When the matter came up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that investigation has been completed and police filed Charge Sheet and the same was taken on file.
