SREENIVASA REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.4496 OF 2023 ORDER: The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondents 4 and 5 in initiating steps pursuant to the complaint and representation dated 27.01.2023 and 30.01.2023 made by the petitioner against respondents 6 to 9 as illegal and arbitrary.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the report lodged by the petitioner, dated 27.01.2023, police registered a case in crime No.55 of 2023 of Atchutapuram police station and are investigating into the case.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No order as to costs of the Writ Petition.
