At the time of considering the matter, it is fairly submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents, in due compliance with the orders dated 11.11.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.36667 of 2022, considered the application of the petitioner dated 06.8.2022 and rejected the same.
He submits that in view of the said rejection, the petitioner is contemplating to challenge the rejection order by invoking appropriate legal remedies.

In view of the above stated position, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order/endorsement, the Contempt Case is closed.
No costs.
