THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.785 of 2023 ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners to declare the action of respondents 4 to 7 in calling him to Police Station and threatening him without registration of any crime as illegal, arbitrary, unauthorized and direct the respondents 4 to 7 not to call the petitioner to police station without following due process of law and to direct the respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that a case in Crime No.51 of 2022 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Vijayawada, has been registered against the petitioner herein and others and during the course of investigation, the petitioner herein has been added as Accused No.26 in the above said crime and he has been called in connection with investigation of the said crime.

In view of the above submission, no order is necessary in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
