Sri Hari Babu, learned Standing Counsel for SERP has submitted the Proceedings furnished by the Chief Executive Officer, SERP, A.P., Vijayawada, dated 23.04.2025.

Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner.

The same is taken on record.

The said Proceeding would indicate that the competent authority has sanctioned for release of an amount of Rs.84,500/- towards implementation of the Order of this Court.

Accordingly, the Official Respondents have restored the widow pension in favour of the Writ Petitioner with effect from April, 2025 payable in May, 2025.

The said Proceeding would also indicate that the Welfare and Education Assistant, Sanevaripalli, Mudigubba, Sri Satya Sai District is directed to disburse the arrears and sanctioned pension restoration and submit compliance report to the M.P.D.O, Mudigubba, Sri Satya Sai District.

Having noted the contents of the Proceeding issued by the Chief Executive Officer, SERP, A.P., Vijayawada, dated 23.04.2025 to the effect that the amounts have been released and also the widow pension has been sanctioned with effect from April, 2025 which shall be payable in May, 2025 with further direction to the Welfare and Education Assistant, Sanevaripalli, Mudigubba, to disburse the arrears and sanctioned pension restoration and 2 submit compliance report to the M.P.D. the M.P.D.O, Mudugubba, Sri Satya Sai District, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought by the Writ Petitioner has been redressed appropriately by the Official Respondents and no further consideration is necessary.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
