Heard Sri R.Siva Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that, the police never interfered into the petitioners possession and enjoyment of the property and never threatened the petitioner to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.

Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of.

However, respondent-police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ Dr.
