Counter affidavit was filed on behalf of respondent No.3, wherein it was stated that, an amount of Rs.4,91,484/- was paid to the petitioner and the same was credited to the petitioner’s bank account on 14.02.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner endorsed the same.

Since the amount is paid to the petitioner, no orders are required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
