THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.20608 of 2023 ORDER:- The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not expediting the proceedings of domestic enquiry and to adjudicate the matter within some in time limit following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and violative of provisions of A.P.Revised Pension Rules, 1980 as well as rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to complete the domestic enquiry within stipulated time and to pass such other order or orders…” 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was retired from service on 30.04.2020 as Branch Manager of the 3rd respondent-Bank on attaining age of superannuation and during her service, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Society initiated proceedings vide R.C.No.1/2020/DCUB, dated 20.03.2020 under Section 61(1) of the A.P.
Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 instructing the enquiry officer to complete enquiry into charges framed against the petitioner and to submit enquiry report before 2 20.06.2020 but till now enquiry is not completed.
Learned counsel sought a direction of this Court to the respondents to complete enquiry within a stipulated time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to complete the enquiry into charges framed against the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs. to costs.
