HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD CONTEMPT CASE No.4387 OF 2023 ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri B.Chandra Shekhar, Learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner.

Sri B.Chandra Shekhar, Learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner submits that, after filing of the present Contempt Petition, Respondent No.3 has issued proceeding dated 04.08.2023 bearing Rc.No.1410/E2/2023, directing the petitioner to join for duty at the same place i.e., Sub-Centre Pusapadu, PHC, Inkollu, Bapatla District, prior to her mapping immediately.
The said proceeding is taken on record.

In view of this proceeding, though the violation of the Order dated 15.12.2022 is present to some extent, since the violation has been rectified, the Court is of the view that the Contempt Case can be closed.

The Contempt Case is closed.
No Order as to costs.
