SREENIVASA REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.20388 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer; “….pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not conducting free, fair and proper investigation into the Crime No.135 of 2012 dated 28.07.2012 registered under Sections 354, 307 and 34 of IPC of PS Draksharama, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseeema District and not filing charge sheet before the competent Court of law even after lapse of 11 years is being illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondent No.4 to conduct investigation into the Crime No.135 of 2012 dated 28.07.2012 registered under Section 354, 307 and 34 of IPC of PS Draksharama, Dr.
B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District and file charge sheet before the competent Court of law forthwith….” 2.

Perused the record.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the police are not conducting investigation in Crime No.135 of 2012 dated 28.07.2012 and not filing charge sheet.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that the police have conducted investigation and filed charge sheet in the aforesaid crime.

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home, this Court feels no orders are necessary in the matter.

Accordingly, recording the submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ K.
