GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring inaction of respondents particularly 4th respondent in not investigating and not filling charge sheet in crime in FIR No.129/2022 dated 24.10.2022 registered under Sections 447 506 r/w 34 of IPC on the file of 4th respondent against the Respondents No 5 to 11 on my complaint dated 24.10.2022 and declare the same as illegal arbitrary and unjust and amounts to nondischarge of legal obligation conferred on the respondents under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to investigate the crime in FIR No.129 of 2022 dated 24.10.2022 and prosecute against the respondents 5 to 11 and other offenders for appropriate offences under penal provisions of law.” 2.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
