1 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI CONTEMPT CASE No.4327 of 2023 ORDER: This Contempt Case has been filed complaining disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 20.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.40990 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, both the learned counsel submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.40990 of 2022 has been complied with and nothing remains for adjudication in this Contempt Case and the same may be closed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As sequel thereto, miscellaneous petition, if any, pending shall stand closed.
