SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.5807 of 2023 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners herein seeking speedy disposal of C.C.No.113 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Eluru.

A charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners herein for the offences under Section 498A read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Grievance of the petitioners is that though the C.C. of the year 2021, the trial Court is not making any endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously.

Having regard to facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Eluru, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.113 of 2021, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
