Adithya Chowdary Counsel for Respondents : G.P for Revenue ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in not considering the petitioner appeal dated 27.06.2023 along with interim application, which was filed challenging the proceedings order Rc.No.166/B/2022, dated 19.04.2023 passed by the respondent No.4, and kept pending without allotting the case number is bad, illegal, etc., and for a consequential direction to the respondent No.3 to initiate the proceedings in petitioner’s appeal dated 27.06.2023 and dispose of the same by giving an opportunity to the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Also heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

On due consideration of the matter, the grievance of the writ petitioner appears to be inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in not considering the appeal dated 27.06.2023 filed along with the interim application.

The learned counsel submits that as no orders are passed in the appeal, the petitioner is subjected to serious prejudice.

In the above circumstances, this Court without going into merits of the case, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to take necessary action on the appeal filed by the petitioner on 27.06.2023, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six (6) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

In the meanwhile, no steps to implement the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 19.04. ted 19.04.2023 shall be taken.

3 The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
