N SRIHARI (Standing Counsel for ZPP MPP and GRAM PANCHAYAT) The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities are removing the Haystack of the petitioners highhandedly without issuing any notice causing financial loss to them.

It was brought to the notice of this Court that the said haystack was already removed as it was placed in the Gram Panchayat property and there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for claiming benefits, if any or loss incurred by them in accordance with law.
No costs.
