MANMADHA RAO Contempt Case No.4296 of 2023 ORDER: This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents under Sec.10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act for willfuly, wantonly, deliberately, violating and not implementing the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.33332 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022.

Heard Sri Dasari S V V S V Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.Aswartha Narayana and Smt.S.Nischala Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 3.

This Court vide order dated 15.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.33332 of 2022 has disposed of the writ petition.

The operative portion of the said order reads as under: “In view of the aforesaid directions of this Court in various cases and after hearing both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to complete the verification process within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter to pay the amounts due to the petitioner depending upon the outcome of the verification within a period of six (6) weeks.

It would also be open to the petitioner to agitate their claim for interest, if any payable by the respondents in an appropriate forum.” 4.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of the letter vide Lr.No.1642758/FIN01-FMU0MISC/77/2022-FMU-AC-CS- AH, dated 08.12.2023, wherein it reads as follows: “I am directed to inform that in compliance to the orders of Hon’ble High Court in W.P.No.

33332 of 2022, the eligible bill amount of Rs.6,75,500/- has been paid to the petitioner from the SNA bank Accounts of RKVY by the Commissioner of Agriculture on 05.12.2023, as per the outcome of verification.” 5.

Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court and therefore requests this Court that the present Contempt Case may be closed.

Recording the above submissions, as the order of this Court dated 15.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.33332 of 2022 has been complied with by the respondents and no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Case and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. _____________________________ DR.
