The Writ Petition is being disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both sides counsel.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, in short, is that despite making F-line application No.FSNV012300222815 on 28.06.2023 seeking to conduct survey and record boundaries in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.0.15 cents in Sy.No.307-4G situated at Allavaram Village & Mandal, East Godavari District, now Dr.
B.R Ambedkar Konaseema 2 District., no steps have been taken by the respondents 3 and 4 so far.

When an application is made seeking for survey and fixation of boundaries, the concerned Tahsildar is required to take appropriate decision in terms of Section 10(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and intimate the decision thereon to the parties under Section 10(2) of the said Act.
The legal position in this regard has been succinctly dealt with in the orders dated 19.02.2020 by a learned Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.2674 of 2020.
In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the petitioner’s F-line application dated 28.06.2023 and intimate the decision under Section 10(1) and Section 10(2) of the said Act respectively, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if the same is still pending for consideration.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
No order as to costs. to costs.
