HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.4248 of 2023 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 29.03.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.7715 of 2022.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 29.03.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.7715 of 2022, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
