THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI WRIT PETITION NO.19644 OF 2023 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “.. declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the final bill amount of Rs.8,59,216/-, Rs.6,80,981/- to the petition including interest for the work Transportation of earth from Murikipudi Cheruvu of Chilakaluripet Mandal to Survey No 189/1 Ruth Diechmen Colony Layout of Chilakaluripet Municipality of Guntur District in Pursuance of work order with the 5th respondent vide RC.No.115/Levelling of Layout /2016 (Spell 7 and 8) dated 27.04.2017 as being illegal, arbitrary violation of principles of natural justice and Unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to pay undisputed final bill amount of Rs.8,59,216/-, Rs.6,80,981/- to the petition including interest for the work Transportation of earth from Murikipudi Cheruvu of Chilakaluripet Mandal to Survey No.189/1 Ruth Diechmen Colony Layout of Chilakaluripet Municipality of Guntur District in Pursuance of work order with the 5th respondent vide RC.No.115/Levelling of Layout /2016 (Spell 7 and 8) dated 27.04.2017 and to pass..” 2.
Heard Sri Burlu Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Sri E.V.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel.

Sri E.V.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel on written instructions dated 28.08.2023 submitted that, the authorities have admitted to pay the entitled net amount to the petitioner and sought eight(08) weeks time for payment.

To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection.

Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and as the authorities are ready to pay the net amount to the petitioner, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, at the admission stage with the following direction. direction.
The respondents are directed to release the legally admitted/entitled net amount to the petitioner at the earliest, and at any rate, within a period of eight(08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
It would be open to the petitioner to agitate his claim for interest, if any, payable by the respondents, if he is so advised, in an appropriate forum.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
No costs.
