JUSTICE V.SUJATHA WRIT PETITION No.19629 of 2023 ORDER: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “…to issue a Writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the sale and distribution of Bio Products such as CMS and Gypsum+ as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and also consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with in any manner with the sale and distribution of the above products and marketed through its marketing staff and also through the licensed dealers/stockiest etc., permitted under the Insecticides Act, 1968, Seeds Act and the Fertilizers (Control) Order 1985….” 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in identical situation, the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad has disposed of the Writ Petition No.25293 of 2014 and batch.

In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the orders of the High Court of Judicature at 2 Hyderabad in Writ Petition No.25293 of 2014 and batch, dated 10.07.2015.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in Writ Petition No.25293 of 2014 and batch, dated 10.07.2015 to this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
