M KARIBASAIAH(SC FOR SRI KRISHNA DEVARAYA UNIVERSITY) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd Respondent University in issued impugned proceedings vide No.SKU/ CDC/A1 /Affiliations/2023 Dated 20.07.2023 without taking into consideration of the compliance reports submitted by the Petitioner Institution on 28.04.2023 with regard to the deficiencies pointed out by the authorities and thereby disabling the Petitioner Institution from taking part in the online counseling scheduled from 20.07.2023 for the admissions into academic year 2023-24 as being arbitrary, illegal and consequently set aside the same.

At the stage of admission, on 04.08.2023 this Court passed interim order, operative portion of which reads as under: “…Hence, there shall be interim suspension of the proceedings in No.SKU/CDC/A1/Affiliations/2023, dated 20.07.2023, issued by the 3rd respondent-University, till further orders.

Further, Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are directed to enlist/include the petitioners-colleges in the list of colleges for counselling for the academic year 2023-2024 on par with colleges mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.22, Higher Education (R.M.) Department, dated 12.07.2023, as per the schedule prescribed, pending further orders.” 3.

Today when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr. aring, Mr.Mathukumilli SriVijay, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s), submitted that pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and no further orders are necessary in the matter.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed.

No costs.
