The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the revenue authorities/respondents 1,4 & 5 on the petitioner’s representation dated 28.04.2023 submitted for deleting the lands admeasuring Ac.1.07 cents in Survey No.221/1A/4B, Ac.0.64 cents in Survey No.221/1A/1B and Ac.0.53 cents in Survey No.221/1A/4A of Adinepalli Village, Pakala Mandal from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A(1)(a) of Registration Act, 1908.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to advance arguments with reference to the averments made in the Writ Affidavit, in view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the petitioner has to make an application seeking deletion of the subject matter property from the Prohibited Category List and if he makes any such application, necessary action would be taken by the 4th respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would make online application seeking deletion of the subject matter property from the Prohibited Category List.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate online application, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. his order.

The 4th respondent in turn shall pass appropriate orders, in accordance with Law after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of the application, if any, made by the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.
